Niu Lai Explained is designed as a simple static informational website. It does not require user accounts and the core site does not need a database to function.
Hosting and server logs
The hosting provider and network infrastructure may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps and security-related request data. This processing is controlled in part by the hosting provider and may be necessary to deliver and protect the website.
Email contact
If you email [email protected], the information you send is processed through the relevant email services for the purpose of responding to your message and maintaining appropriate correspondence.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Niu Lai Explained uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to understand aggregate site usage such as page visits, traffic sources, device and browser information, and general interaction with the site. The Google tag is loaded automatically when a page is opened; this website does not currently require a separate on-site consent click before the Analytics tag loads.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including the _ga cookie, to distinguish users and sessions. Information collected through Google Analytics is processed by Google subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices. Niu Lai Explained does not intentionally send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying contact information to Google Analytics.

Advertising and Monetag
Niu Lai Explained uses Monetag to serve third-party advertising. The Monetag advertising tag loads automatically when a page is opened. Monetag is operated by HQ - Propeller Ads Ltd. Depending on the ad format, browser, device and campaign configuration, Monetag and advertising partners may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device characteristics, referring page, page interactions, and advertising identifiers or cookies used for delivery, frequency control, measurement or interest-based advertising.
